About CLI

Brad Constantini, Chairman of the Board

Brad has played a major role in CLI's rise to become the premier third-party logistics provider of high-volume, high-velocity, highly complex warehouse management; contract manufacturing; and transportation and yard management services for the automotive and select nonautomotive industries.

As the Chairman of the Board, Brad leads and manages the Board of Directors of CLI and continues to work with our CEO, Brian Hume, to develop and sustain a strategic business growth plan this is both profitable and resilient.

Brian Hume, Chief Executive Officer

Under Brian's tenure, CLI has become an elite third-party logistics (3PL) provider for Fortune 500 automotive and select industrial OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

As the former COO, Brian was responsible for the overall operational management and growth of the company, and for maintaining the corporate vision, mission, and continuous improvement process-driven culture. He was an integral part of the company’s ascension to a leadership position in providing mission-critical, custom-engineered logistics solutions that involve high-speed, high-volume JIT/JIS material flows; value-added services, including kitting, sequencing, and synchronous sub-assembly manufacturing; and transportation and yard management.

Trey Lyda, Chief Operations Officer

For more than 15 years Trey has held several leadership roles at CLI which expand his oversight and responsibilities. He started as the Director of Advanced Quality and Planning, was promoted to the Director of Corporate Services, and then became Executive Vice President of Corporate Services which brought him to be our Chief Operating Officer.

At CLI, Trey Lyda is charged with integrating the full range of company multi-disciplinary resources―operations, quality, IT and sales―into replicable best practice processes that provide the least cost/highest capability solutions to customers. Trey’s ability to motivate teams and positive interaction with customers has led to his continued advancement at CLI. He has proven himself as a committed advocate for the company and its customers.

Steve Olender, Chief Information Officer

Steve joined CLI in 2005 and has served as Vice President of Information Technology since 2008. He was and continues to be integral to the development of STREME™, our proprietary order management, inventory control and warehouse management system, as well as oversees all aspects of Information Technology at CLI, including infrastructure and security. 

He and his team design and deploy state-of-the-art data centers that support the company’s ultra-high transaction processes, which must be robust and have the proper security and redundant components to support mission-critical operations.

Travis St. Ores, Chief Financial Officer

Travis joined CLI as a consultant in 2021 and as full-time CFO effective November 2023. With deep experience in logistics, he has led in the buildout of the Finance function to support cross-functional growth across the organization. Direct department responsibilities include Accounting, FP&A, AR, AP, Treasury, Insurance and Legal.

Prior to CLI, Travis had multiple stints in the standup and buildout of Finance functions for middle market organizations. Industry experience includes Logistics, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Travis has a bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University, an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and holds the CPA and CMA designations.

Benjamin Keel, Vice President of Operations

As a seasoned operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in various industries, Ben oversees and leads multiple operations in partnership with customers and employees. He has a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry managing multi-site operations including: new startups, launches and continuous improvement efforts to improve processes.

Ben is experienced in operations management, staff development/motivation,  value stream mapping, distribution center operations, warehouse management systems and supply chain management.

Patrick Brugger, Vice President of Quality & Materials Management

Patrick is an integral part of managing the CLI Quality Management System that is essential for accurate Inventory control of OEM materials, analysis of material flow-paths, and warehouse footprint optimization delivered through CLI quality-focused systems. He promotes CLI’s holistic quality, plus material management approach. Customer PFEP files and part lifecycle change management of materials (BOM, SKU, and business intelligence analytics) are coordinated with all CLI operations disciplines to assure sustainable material management efficiencies with minimized customer risk exposure, delivered with integrated quality processes.

With global assignments, module-level SAP/ERP applications experience, and automotive manufacturing knowledge, Pat assures visibility and stewardship of materials in CLI possession. (encompassing holding yards, warehouses, WIP, in-warehouse sub-assembly material consumption, kitting, and repack processes with 99%+ inventory accuracy).
