CLASS (Comprehensive Logistics Automated Sequencing System) is our plant floor solution that is integrated into our ERP system and is part of CLI’s “Totally Integrated System” to provide a robust customized solution for any industry without limits to our customers.

CLASS is scalable and adaptable to handle any sequencing, subassembly, production & order picking requirement imaginable. We believe in a paperless environment for the shop floor. When you are dealing with a task as critical as sequencing in any industry, we believe that the system must drive the process. By putting paper work orders on the floor, you create an opportunity for the direct labor to alter the intended process. This is often translated into unacceptable errors. Automotive Sequencing or picking is a true test of the reliable combination of experience and technologies.

CLASS is our latest System built on the .NET architecture and written in C# using SQL Server 2005 Database.

For the plant floor, CLASS runs on Pocket PC devices on the Windows Mobile 5 platform.
